Conditions along the coastline continue to very slowly improve as the tight pressure gradient causing our strong wind gusts gradually relaxes over the coming days.
Tonight
Onshore NE winds will help to drag in partly cloudy skies and a few isolated showers for the overnight. Most of our neighborhoods will remain dry. Lows will bottom out in the low-mid 70s. Our winds will be a little more relaxed than the previous few evenings: Sustained at 5-15mph with gusts along the beaches ranging 20-25mph.
Friday
Friday features a copy-and-paste weather pattern as Thursday as our onshore winds persist with limited available moisture for shower development. We will start off our Friday mostly dry with a mix of sun and clouds. Isolated showers begin coming in off our NE winds around lunchtime and persisting through the evening drive. With moisture being limited, coverage will be isolated to spotty. Rain chances will peak at around 30%. We will enjoy a comfortable breeze sustained out of the NE 5-15mph with gusts once again reaching 20-25mph.
Halloween
Our Halloween is looking spook-tacular as we continue to trend drier as deeper moisture looks to remain to our south. With winds shifting more out of the due east, we will tap into slightly higher humidity as highs climb into the mid 80s. Much of the day will feature a mix of sun and clouds, with isolated showers coming in off the ocean breeze starting early afternoon and lingering into the early evening. Trick-or-treating will be on the slightly muggy side with temperatures just south of 80ºF. An isolated, quick-moving shower cannot be completely ruled out as we enjoy our Halloween night.
