Three teens were arrested after a shooting at an Ormond Beach home earlier this week, according to the police department.

In a release on Tuesday, police said the incident was reported around 4 a.m. on Monday at a home within Woodmere Circle.

“Officers arrived and found evidence that the residence had been fired upon, including a bullet fragment lodged between two panes of glass, a bullet hole and numerous spent casings along the roadway,” the release reads.

Afterward, detectives interviewed the reporting party and surrounding neighbors, discovering that the reporting party’s child had been involved in a “drug-related incident” with the teens who had allegedly fired at the home.

Detectives ultimately determined that the trio had fired several rounds from a semi-automatic handgrun into the residence.

The three teens arrested were identified as:

  • Glenn Prince, 15
  • Chance Conway, 17
  • Jayden Wilson, 17

All three now face felony charges, including shooting into a building and aggravated assault.

“There is no active threat to the community, and all parties involved have been accounted for,” the release reads.

No additional information has been provided at this time.
