Tonight

With our strong onshore NE winds persisting overnight tonight, Spotty, speedy showers will continue to push through Central Florida through Sunday evening and into Monday morning. Wind gusts will range in the 25-30mph at times this evening. Lows will hover around 70ºF.

Monday

A low level push of moisture continues to flow into Central Florida thanks to our strong NE winds, allowing for our scattered shower chance to continue to start the work week. While coverage will not be as extensive as Sunday, spotty, quick-moving showers are expected throughout the day Monday as winds gusts 30-35mph in the afternoon. Highs will climb into the low 80s.

Work Week Ahead

Dry air will briefly make a comeback for Tuesday, allowing rain chances to drop back down to about 10% as wind gusts around 30-35mph continue. By mid-week, an area of low pressure will begin lifting north from the Bahamas, pushing a surge of moisture into Central Florida ahead of it. This will increase rain chances for the second half of the work week before drier air once again returns just in time for Halloween!
