The arrest affidavit for the man charged with second-degree murder in the disappearance of missing Orlando woman Michelle Parker has been unsealed.

News 6 fought to unseal the 46-page document, and we are going through it now. But you can read it below.

Parker, an Orlando mother, has been missing since November 2011. Her body has never been found. Her ex-fiancé, Dale Smith Jr., has entered a plea of not guilty.

Newly unsealed documents include photos investigators say show injuries on Smith’s face and body the night Parker vanished. Photos of Parker’s vehicle also reveal dark-colored mud on the tires and inside the car — details recently shown to Parker’s family for the first time, who say the mud would not have normally been there.

Orlando police said advancements in digital forensics helped them reexamine data from 2011, revealing new location information and communications between devices. That technology played a key role in building the case against Smith.

Smith has maintained his innocence.
