Disney has served up the first taste of Disney Jollywood Nights 2026, and Full House co-stars John Stamos and Jodie Sweetin got to dig in before anyone else. In a new Disney Eats video, the pair tried to name six holiday dishes headed to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, from a popcorn-topped soda to a ham-filled popover. Two of the six are back from last season, and the rest bring fresh flavors to the event.
Disney Jollywood Nights 2026 Food Preview: New and Returning Dishes

- The six Jollywood Nights dishes Disney previewed and where to find each one at Hollywood Studios.

- Where the full 2026 menu stands, since Disney has not released it yet.
Jollywood Nights returns to Hollywood Studios on select nights from November 7th through January 5th, and food is a big part of the party’s old Hollywood holiday style. In the Disney Eats “Name It!” format, Stamos and Sweetin studied each mystery dish, leaned on hints from a Hollywood holiday hostess, and then heard the official name from Chef Fallon.
Sweet Treats and Sips Coming to Jollywood Nights
First up is the Twix on a Classic Pie at Fairfax Fare. Chef Fallon describes a shortbread cookie crust, a caramel mousse center, and a layer of rich chocolate ganache on top. A tiny gingerbread man sits on the slice. The pie did not appear on last year’s foodie guide.
Over at Hollywood Scoops, the Kermit Chocolate Pistachio Sundae stacks a green cookie crumble, a chocolate cake kataifi layer, and pistachio ice cream. Whipped cream, green M&M’s, and green sprinkles finish it off. Hollywood Scoops served a Kermit Mint Whirl last year, so Kermit’s treat now trades mint for pistachio.
The Bing Bong Candy Lemonade is back at Market, near Toy Story Land. It debuted at the event last season, as listed in the 2025 Jollywood Nights food guide. Frozen strawberry lemonade meets butterfly pea flower tea, which gives the drink its purple color. Cotton candy and freeze-dried candy pieces go on top, since Bing Bong himself is made of candy. Some trivia also slipped into the video: according to the Inside Out filmmakers, Bing Bong is part cat, part elephant, and part dolphin.
The Popcorn Crafted Soda is new this year at Ice Cold Hydraulics. Popcorn-flavored oat milk pours over Coca-Cola Zero, and freshly popped popcorn crowns the cup.
Savory Holiday Plates at Backlot Express and Fairfax Fare
The Hickory Holiday Mac returns to Backlot Express. Chef Fallon describes macaroni and cheese topped with savory pulled pork, crispy fried onions, and a drizzle of chili sauce. Last year’s guide listed burnt ends on this dish, so the meat may have changed for 2026.
Fairfax Fare also has the Yuletide Ham Popover. Disney’s house-made popover comes filled with mashed potatoes, gravy, honey ham, and a zesty cranberry chutney. Chef Fallon summed it up as “kind of like everything you’d have for the holidays in one little popover.” Last season, Fairfax Fare served a Holiday Turkey Popover with a similar build.
Prices and the full menu lineups are still to come. At the end of the video, the stars say Disney will share the complete Jollywood Nights menu soon. Disney also said earlier this month that drinks for the new Checkin’ It Twice Lounge will arrive with the foodie guide. Last year’s guide arrived on October 24th, so the 2026 version could follow in the coming days.
