Walt Disney World’s Airport Luggage Transfer service has added its fourth airline. Beginning September 24, the program expanded to include JetBlue, joining Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and United Airlines as participating carriers. The service allows Guests staying at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels to have checked luggage transferred between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and their Disney Resort hotel on eligible domestic flights. Here’s the latest.
Disney World Adds JetBlue to Airport Luggage Transfer Service

JetBlue Becomes the Fourth Airline in the Program
Disney confirmed that Airport Luggage Transfer now supports JetBlue flights in and out of MCO, expanding a list that previously included only Southwest, American and United. Guests booked on eligible JetBlue flights can now use the same process as travelers on the other three carriers. They check their luggage at their departure airport and once they arrive at Walt Disney World, they may pick up their bags from Luggage Assistance/Bell Services in the hotel lobby area. Or, for your convenience, you may use your in-room phone to contact Luggage Assistance/Bell Services to have your luggage delivered directly to your room.
The addition follows a controlled rollout cadence. Disney has also continued to describe the broader effort as a test. In its announcement, Disney said the JetBlue addition is “designed to make travel to and from Walt Disney World Resort even easier for Guests, while creating opportunities to grow the service over time.”

How the Service Works for JetBlue Guests
Airport Luggage Transfer requires two things. Guests must be staying at a participating Disney Resorts Collection hotel. They must also be flying a domestic route on one of the eligible airlines. On the arrival side, Guests check their bags normally with JetBlue and skip the airport baggage claim entirely. Their luggage arrives at the resort within a few hours of landing. Guests can retrieve it from Bell Services or have it delivered to their room.
Departures work in reverse. Guests drop off tagged luggage at their resort’s Bell Services desk within a set window before their flight, then head straight to airport security without checking a bag at the counter. Their bags meet them at baggage claim on the other end.
Eligibility continues to depended on both halves of that equation lining up. A Guest booked on JetBlue but staying at a resort outside the Disney Resorts Collection would not qualify, and the reverse holds true for an eligible resort paired with a non-participating airline. Guests planning to use the service should confirm both requirements before relying on it for their trip.
