It’s not every day we get to say this, but a new Disney World hotel opens next year, and you can start booking now! I know, I know, we’re just as excited as you are to go down the otter-themed slide and spend some time in the lazy river. We may also be oogling over the newest restaurants we get to try.

Lakeshore Lodge is opening at Disney World on July 1st, 2027, and while that seems already so far away, if you want to be some of the first guests to stay at the hotel (which is a pretty cool bragging right), you’ll want to hop on your laptops or mark your calendar because your time is coming soon.

Disney Vacation Club Members can officially start booking their stays right now! Disney World Annual Passholders can start booking on October 7th, and all other guests can start on October 8th. You can make reservations online or by calling the following numbers:

Want to see the rooms? Spoiler alert: it’s stunning! The resort has 967 rooms designed with natural materials, earthy color palettes, and original artwork from classic Disney films. The whole resort is themed around nature, so the hotel incorporates plenty of those elements.

You can also book one- and two-bedroom Lake Houses, which are right on the water. Oh yeah, they’re a DREAM. They are in A-frame structures with stunning water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. They sleep five or eight guests and have a full kitchen, plus a washer and dryer. There’s also a porch where we’ll spend a lot of time.

Don’t forget about the Duo Studios! These are a cozy retreat for two, and the rooms are inspired by Encanto.

The Deluxe Studios will incorporate Bambi, with original concept artwork pulled from the archives, plus a comfortable living space for up to four guests.
