Autumn Flavors at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

The restaurant announced its fall offerings on social media, sharing official photos of six items ranging from fried Brussels sprouts to pumpkin bread pudding. The seasonal lineup is available now through November 1.
We got our first look at some of the new offerings courtesy of the Disney Parks Blog Halloween Foodie Guide posted earlier this month, and now the popular restaurant has shared a closer look at their other seasonal delights.
Fried Brussels Sprouts

The Fried Brussels Sprouts are tossed in a balsamic glaze, drizzled with spicy honey, and topped with crumbled goat cheese. The combination adds sweet, tangy, spicy, and creamy flavors to the crisp Brussels sprouts.
Brunswick Stew

A traditional Southern dish, the hearty Brunswick Stew combines pulled pork and shredded smoked turkey with corn, lima beans, and potatoes. It is served with multigrain toast points for dipping.
Orange Maple-Glazed Pork Chop

The Orange Maple-Glazed Pork Chop features a 12-ounce bone-in pork chop grilled and coated with a caramelized spiced orange-maple glaze. Roasted rainbow carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, and one of Homecomin’s cheddar drop biscuits accompany the pork chop.
Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Pumpkin flavors take center stage in the new seasonal dessert. The warm Pumpkin Bread Pudding is topped with vanilla ice cream, house-made whipped cream, and a dusting of pumpkin spice cinnamon.
Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned

Guests looking for a seasonal cocktail can try the Burnt Sugar Old-Fashioned. The drink combines Bubba’s Burnt Sugar Whiskey and Michter’s Small Batch Bourbon with chocolate and Angostura bitters. It is garnished with a dried orange slice.
Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail

Last but not least, the Pumpkin Cream Coffee Cocktail offers another boozy option for fall fans. Pumpkin pie-flavored bourbon is mixed with the guest’s choice of cold brew or hot coffee, then topped with house-made pumpkin cold foam and a sprinkling of pumpkin spice cinnamon.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is located in The Landing neighborhood of Disney Springs. The restaurant specializes in Southern comfort food influenced by Smith’s Florida upbringing, including his signature fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and moonshine-based cocktails.
