Four people, including two Polk County Fire Rescue members, were hospitalized after a crash Saturday morning.

The ambulance was responding with lights and sirens, when it was involved in a three-vehicle crash around 11:26 a.m.

This was in the area of Bayberry Street and Marigold avenue in Poinciana, officials say.

Both PCFR members were transported, and one occupant from each of the other two vehicles were hospitalized as well.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating, and leaders are asking drivers to avoid the area.
